Reggie is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), with over 13 years in practice. His management consulting experience has exposed him to, leading digital transformation initiatives in various industries. He is a keen problem solver focused on optimizing and delivering on client experience. He has experience working in financial services (private banking, business banking, insurance, investments, forex), vehicle telematics, event ticketing, gaming, records management and IT consulting.

He has extensive experience in business process management and agile delivery and transformation. He has performed various roles in business analysis, change management, software quality assurance and training. He has developed and led a team of business transformation practitioners for a leading software development company in South Africa with a global reach.

Reggie is driven by a passion for change and responsiveness to surroundings. His core focus is on delivering value and managing benefits through strategic business analysis efforts. He has experience in improving and establishing CoEs in organizations. He has developed and established coaching and mentoring programs in Agile Business Analysis practices.

He has served as a board member of The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) SA chapter. He is a conference speaker, thought leader, mentor and coach.

He currently heads a management consulting company that specialises in project delivery, specialised consulting and software development.
